Caitlyn Jenner could be facing time behind bars! The L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. has come to the conclusion that Jenner violated the vehicular manslaughter law and will send the case to the District Attorney.
In it’s report, the Sheriff’s Dept. says Jenner “set off a chain of events” that led to the fatal car crash back in February.
According to sources, the report shows that Jenner wasn’t going over the speed limit at the time of the accident, but she was going at an unsafe speed for road conditions.
A law enforcement insider reveals that the Lexus Jenner crashed into was either stopped or just starting to move and that Caitlyn “should have either been going 0 or just barely rolling.”
If she is convicted, the 65-year-old could face up to one year in county jail!
But let’s be real, we all know celebs don’t go to jail and if they do it’s for no more than a day or two.
What Caitlyn may need to worry about is the lawsuits coming her way from the victims’ families… you know they’ll be gunning for millions.
