Now that we are without our beloved American Horror Story (until next season of course), there just seems to be void in our lives.
Wednesdays seem almost pointless now. I mean, why even wear black if we aren’t going to indulge in the pleasures of
Fiona Cordelia Goode‘s coven for witches and bitches?
Well to appease our made-for-TV horror cravings, Ryan Murphy and ELLE Magazine has just revealed their Killer Fashion Shoot starring the ladies of AHS and more!
The photo shoot showcases femininity in classic cinematic horror; nothing new for the GLEE co-creator who repeatedly surrounds the AHS series around strong female characters.
In the spread, we see some of Murphy’s favorite actress recreating famous scenes from classic horror films of the past. From “Carrie” to “The Birds” to “When A Stranger Calls,” we see our modern scream queens take on these famous films of yore.
My favorite being Sarah Paulson playing Bette Davis and Joan Crawford‘s respective characters in a recreation of “Whatever Happened To Baby Jane?”
Too bad there was no Jessica Lange…
Check out the horrifically high fashion shoot below:
Sarah Paulson in “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane”
Lea Michele in “The Creature from The Black Lagoon”
Connie Britton in “The Omen”
Diana Agron in “Attack of The 50 Foot Woman”
Kate Mara in “Carrie”
Jayma Mays in “The Birds”
Heather Morris in “Repulsion”
Taissa Farmiga in “When A Stranger Calls”
Naya Rivera in “Susperia”
